Bringing home titles, memories—and the highest score of the competition.
In May 2025, Tycoons Allstars made the long-awaited journey to Orlando, Florida to compete at The Nfinity Finals—an international cheer and dance event welcoming teams from across the globe, including the USA, Australia, and Colombia.
Seven teams from the Stalybridge-based programme qualified to take part, flying out with athletes, coaches, and supporters for a week of intense training, team bonding, and competition on a global stage.
The lead-up to the event wasn’t without pressure. Months of preparation, long training hours, and logistical planning went into making the trip possible. But as the competition kicked off, it was clear that every second had been worth it.
Tycoons delivered standout performances across the board. Each team brought something special to the floor—sharp execution, big energy, and routines packed with creativity and difficulty.
By the end of the weekend, the results spoke for themselves:
Six teams placed 1st in their divisions
One team placed 2nd
And one team was crowned Grand Champions, earning the highest overall score across the entire competition.
It was a huge moment for the club—not just because of the trophies, but because of what the experience meant to everyone involved.
“It wasn’t just about winning,” said Frances Conroy. “This was about giving our athletes a chance to compete internationally, to travel with their teammates, and to show the world what Tycoons is about. Every single one of them did us proud.”
Outside of the competition, the team also made the most of their time in Florida, with training days, visits to Volcano Bay, and plenty of time spent making memories with friends. From the excitement of the awards night to casual poolside chats, it was the kind of trip that brings a team even closer together.
As they returned to the UK, the message was clear: Tycoons Allstars isn’t just a local cheer and dance programme—it’s a team with international ambition, and one that’s just getting started.
